EXTENDED AERATION SYSTEM FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
This tank will be equipped with fixed type slow speed surface aerators with inlet and outlet arrangement. Here effluent will be aerated by means of fixed type slow speed, surface aerators mounted on suitable RCC platform. ANAEROBIC REACTOR
Anaerobic Reactor (suitale for high strength wastewater) is a series of processes in which microorganisms break down biodegradable material in the absence of oxygen and is widely used to treat wastewater. As part of an integrated waste management system, anaerobic reactor reduces the emission of landfill gas into the atmosphere. Anaerobic reactor is widely used as a renewable energy source because the process produces a methane and carbon dioxide rich biogas suitable for energy production helping replace fossil fuels. Also, the nutrient-rich digestate can be used as fertiliser.

UASB SYSTEM FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS
The anaerobic waste treatment process is an effective method for the treatment of many organic wastes. The treatment has a number of advantages over aerobic treatment process, namely :
- The energy input of the system is low as no energy is required for oxygenation
- Lower production of excess sludge( biological synthesis) per unit mass of substrate utilized

CLARIFIER MECHANISM FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
A clarifier with sludge scraping mechanism will be provided for settling of suspended solids. The clarifier will be provided with adequate volume and surface area to ensure proper settling of solids. Sludge settled at the bottom of the clarifier. |

TRAVELING OIL AND GREASE REMOVING MECHANISM
Traveling O & G Removal Mechanism shall comprise of a traveling carriage span the width of the channels (gantry shall be provided with open mesh flooring) with 4 Nos. of Mild Steel wheels to move on the steel bars either side of the gantry is use for removal of free oil & grease continuously. |
